About the Council
Building meaningful education links between New Zealand and China
We support educational, cultural and youth exchange opportunities that help young people learn together, ask questions, share stories and experience another culture with care and respect.

Our mission is to create exchange opportunities that help young people develop confidence, empathy, cultural understanding and a broader view of the world.
The Council supports New Zealand-side coordination, educator engagement, family communication and programme information for New Zealand participants.

Delivery Model
Clear roles across both countries
New Zealand Coordination
The Council supports educator engagement, family information, Buddy recruitment communication and New Zealand-side programme coordination.
China Delivery
Programmes in China are delivered with Gebra Education and local host partners, including venue, accommodation, meals, local transport, bilingual support and on-site delivery.
Partner Schools
Host schools and education partners provide local context, facilities and student engagement according to each confirmed programme plan.

资源匹配与落地支持
连接教师、Buddy 学伴、成员单位、主办学校、执行团队和本地资源，形成可落地的项目网络。
